House Cleaning Services by Cinch Cleaners in Justin, Texas

I told them to never laundry my clothes only dry clean but they do not listen. I took in 3 new pairs on shorts that fit me good before sending them to the dry cleaners in Justin but evidently they were put in the laundry pile and now the shorts are skin tight on me. I will probably start taking my clothes to Haslet where that cleaners gets a 5 star for their service.

The staff was nice. But I took three dress shirts there to be pressed. First there is nothing done a this location, they take it to another location to be dry cleaned. Second they changed me 15 for 3 shirts which I feel was pricey. Third the shirts still where wrinkled. This was a second chance to earn my business and they failed.

I've used this cleaners faithfully for convenience Alliance Keller Store for more than 3 years. I've experience an issue in the past but disregarded it as just a one off situation. I normally don't post reviews but thought the public should beware of the poor quality and the owner's inability to accept responsibility. For whatever reason, exceptional customer service is not on the priority list for this business owner. If you want quality dry cleaning, please avoid this place at all cost. This place is ridiculous.
