I recently flooded during Hurricane Imelda. We had called around to multiple companies to get help to dry the house as fast as possible. ServiceMaster went above and beyond with how quickly they were able to help me out. The service was absolutely amazing as they brought all the equipment and set it up. They answered any questions I had and made me feel comfortable with what we were doing was best for my home. I highly recommend them.

The service I received was outstanding. I called the main number and was told a local representative would call me back. Less than 15 minutes later, I received a call from my local branch and was told a technician would be at my home that afternoon. The technician called to tell me when he would arrive and he arrived promptly at that time. From the time I called to the time a technician was in my home, it was less than 2 hours. The technician was professional, efficient and explained my options thoroughly. He completed the work independently and efficiently and informed me when he would return. I was extremely pleased with the service.

ServiceMaster is known for remediation after a disaster so who better to call for preventative maintenance recommendation than your local pro! I called ServiceMaster for a recommendation to have our home's dryer vent cleaned out and as good luck would have it this was a maintenance service they could provide. The technician was on time and professional. This home maintenance project is so important to prevent fires. Better to call ServiceMaster for maintenance instead of remediation! I'll call again next year.
