| Belinda Millican | I paid 150 to have this service clean my house before I moved in. The house was totally empty so it should've been a breeze to clean. I've never been so disappointed & angry @ the same time. The hall bathroom smells like a gas station restroom. I don't believe any cleaners were used of any kind in any bathrooms. All the blinds are filthy dusty. The shower in master bathroom still has black mold in it. I specifically asked them to clean out all the drawers & kitchen cabinets. That WAS NOT done either. There were food crumbs & hairs in the kitchen cabinets, kitchen drawers & pantry. There were nasty hairs in all bathroom drawers. I could go on & on! I believe all they did was sweep, maybe mop & wipe off some dust on counters. I walked in after 2 hours of them being in here supposedly working & they were standing around the bar in the kitchen eating & chit chatting. LAZY is the only word I can think of. I will NEVER use this service again!! AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT!!!! Claudia does not do the cleaning. Her lazy crew does! |
