| Courtney Franklin | My mother got assigned to cosmopolitan cleaning services through cleaning for a reason, a special service for cancer patients. You get 2 free cleanings, however Tammy mistakenly scheduled a cleaning for my mom on a date that we were unavailable. So when I called to schedule my mom's second cleaning I was told the date they mistakenly booked counted as 1/2 cleanings. This made me very upset because my mom has gone through so much dealing with cancer and they denied her 2 cleanings based off of their own mistake. Tammy failed to even apologize. I think heartless people/companies should not be involved in non-profit organizations. I would not recommend this place. Very unprofessional. The ONLY reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the cleaning lady did a good job but the management needs improvement. |
