We could not have had a better experience when getting a new AC unit! We were not expecting to have to buy one when we did, but working with Jason to purchase the best option for our house was so easy and not stressful at all. We are so happy with the assistance that he provided when picking out our nit. They worked hard to make sure that our needs were met and the new unit was installed quickly. Kenneth and Robert made sure that the day of installation was quick, efficient, and smooth. I was in need of routine maintenance for my heating and cooling system. I made an appointment and the next day had service from Robert Schmidt. Now there is a man who is polite and explains in simple terms what he is doing. He then explained what needed to be looked at and said that the system was fine and just needed some very light cleaning. He was quick, efficient, and made it clear what would happen when a service person returned in the spring. You need more service people like Mr. Schmidt.
