| Patrick Meyer | I went to my previous cleaners for years, then it's just got consistent bad, so I found these guys, at first it seemed like they were going to be my new cleaners. The people are very friendly, the prices are great, and they were always good about having most everything ready the next day. Then every single pair of jeans I took in had crinkles pressed and starched in the legs, in random places, the seems were nowhere near lined up so the creases were way off, THEN I took in 4 brand new pairs of jeans and 2 out of the 4 came back to me with the previously mentioned problems, AND the dang zippers were busted. There is a small hole in the zipper flaps that makes me think they slammed the press on them, or something. One zipper was squished and broken so bad it had to be replaced, which they charged me for, the next pair I found the zipper is squished to where I can't zip it or unzip it. I can't speak to shirts as I didn't take any, but I wouldn't take my jeans/pants there for sure. |

| Steve | My wife had taken my daughter's letterman jacket to Best cleaners for service. She dropped the jacket off with no issues. The next day she was called and advised that the owner refused to clean the jacket due to the fact some gems were glued to the lettering on the back of the jacket and he was concerned that the gems would come off and damage the machine. Ok I can see this, my wife was told to remove the gems and bring the jacket back. Her and my daughter removed the gems and traveled across town once again to drop off the jacket. The manager again refused to clean the jacket. Sooo why did you ask her to bring the jacket back? |
