I love this cleaners. They do good work. This is my go-to cleaners for my dry cleaning and laundering needs. I recommend Park Avenue.

I normally don't have problems with this cleaners but today, I was made to feel like they we're doing me some favor to fix a problem that they did not do in the first place. I picked up a dress for a wedding yesterday and the satin front was noticeably wrinkled and held on the hanger with a clip which left a mark. I brought it back in and I'm assuming the owner/manager came over to speak with me. I expressed my concerns about how the garment looked and he just grabbed it and went to the back. When he returned there was still a mark on the backside so I pointed that out and once again he grabbed the dress and went to the back. When he brought it back up again it looked much better but I did did ask him should I not have returned my garment today because it seems that he was annoyed by having to rectify the problem. He told me, "I fixed the problem, didn't I?" He continued to ask me what exactly I wanted and I replied to him that better customer service would have helped. After telling him a problem and him grabbing a dress and walking off without even saying, I'm sorry I will take care of this, is not how you run a business. He then replied, "do you want to start something?" Really??? Wow! Gone are the days of courteous behavior.

After moving to this area, I was looking for a good reliable dry cleaner. My two wool dress pants by Hart Schaffner 125 and Jack Victor 145 had ugly double creases. "Do Over" did not improve the situation. Workers don't have the right skill. Hope this problem can be fixed if I can show it to the owner.
