| Kel S | Dropped off at 9:30 was quoted 2 hours giving them well over 2 hours came back at 1:40 and laundry was spread out all over, unfolded and button up shirts and jeans wrinkled. So safe to say I'm going to have to go and dry them to get the wrinkles out. Didn't take off any money for the unfinished job. Very disappointed. Not to mention when I left the lady had a sign posted that she'd be gone for awhile then walked out behind me with a cigarette in her mouth! I don't want smoke smell on my clothes. I've dropped off here before and it was another lady who did a great job. But the lady in there today has lost you a customer! |
