House Cleaning Services by Sparkle The Cleaning Service in Rowlett, Texas

Overall the clean was great, house looked and smelled good. However, my issue came when I got the bill. I signed up for a general clean and was quoted 2.5 hours. When I got the bill they said it needed an additional hour of clean time and charged me extra. This was a brand new home, and we've only lived there 6 weeks. I did a deep clean when we moved in to get the construction dust and things up. Then I have cleaned it once a week since. I vacuum at least 3 times a week. I had done a light clean the day before she was scheduled to come because I was having brand new furniture delivered. So the living room received a vacuum and a mop after the old furniture left, and before the new furniture was delivered. This was less than 24 hours before the cleaner came. She said there was excessive dog hair under the couches. The brand new couches that I had just cleaned under the day before. I also have a robot vacuum that I start every night before we go to bed. So that had ran just the night before she came. She said she needed to mop the hardwood twice. I had also just mopped the hardwood the day before. She said she had to wipe cabinets down. I wipe the surface of my kitchen cabinets along with counter tops after every meal. So they had actually just been wiped down the morning she came after I fixed breakfast. I omitted one of the extra bedrooms from cleaning too, since that is where my dogs were being kept while she was there. I don't buy that it took her 3.5 hours to clean a basically already clean house. Considering I turned my TV off when I left, and it was on when I got home. I can't help but wonder if all of those 3.5 hours were actually spent cleaning my house. The guy I spoke to on the phone said that he thought she did a deep clean instead of a general clean. I was given a 10 discount which came to 19. That's something but not enough to keep me as a customer. If she did the wrong service, which he admitted to, and it took longer than the service she was supposed to do, that shouldn't be on me to pay the extra. I was going to sign up for a reoccurring monthly service, but I will now be finding a different company to sign up with.

I've been using Sparkle Cleaning Service for over a year and they are great! Very responsive when I text them which I love that they text!!. If I address a portion that I want cleaned it's done and I don't have to continue to address it. Affordable and professional! Would recommend to anyone!!

I have been using Sparkle Cleaning service for 5 years. Xavier and his team does such a great job... such great customer service and they are prompt. We started using Sparkle when we had to moved out of our apartment and now with our house. They help out tremendously after I had my babies. I recommend them to everyone I know.
