| Nancy Van Delist | I also had a terrible experience. Called to clean our house prior to move in. The house was completely empty. She charged an outrageous price for the job she did. She did not clean the stove or the oven, didn't wipe the cabinet shelves, she did not clean the kitchen counters or sink, or the utility room at all. I'm posting a picture of the ceiling fan blades as an example of the job done. The ceiling fixtures were supposed to be included in the cleaning. I called to work with Veronica on addressing this and didn't recieve a call back. I gave her 5 days to call me back and never heard back from her. She doesn't care about customer service if she won't bother with a call back. This is my last resort, don't let her scam you! |

I can't rate their service because of the no-show but I'd recommend finding a business that values their customers time. |
