We have used this company twice, we fired them two times. The people that come to clean don t speak any English so you cannot give them any directions on what to do or not to do. I don t speak Spanish so this is a major problem. Things got thrown away that clearly were not garbage and stuff that should have been thrown away were not. The stuff they did clean was generally a good job, but not detail oriented at all, you could see that they stood in one spot when they vacuumed and did not vacuum under or move items out of the way. Never used a crevice tool to get along baseboards or edges of furniture. I would not recommend them unless you speak Spanish. When they first started they would stay all day and right before we fired them the second and last time they were here for maybe 3 hours.
