| paddy mc | I gave couple of suits for dry cleaning, got them back , realized one of the jackets was still dirty , it was a brand new suit and did not have that stain when I initially gave it for cleaning so I gave it back them to clean and informed the staff it was their fault .After the cleaning I went pick it up instead apologizing , staff charged again for the same suit and when questioned she told me to talk to manager tomorrow.. Really you guys think this what the client do follow up for their laundry services and make couple of trips just get their clothes cleaned or is this a good customer experience. No Thank you !Great strategy to charge twice for same suit Instead of once !! |

| Triple Fire | The dry cleaning at this location is very good! However, the website suggests that their are coin operated machines at the Draper location. There are not. Sorry for the lower star rating, but going to this location with the intention of running your own over-sized load comforter, etc. is a giant waste of time! |
