House Cleaning Services by Faye’s Laundry & Dry Cleaning in Kaysville, Utah

We have been using Faye's for the better part of 2 years, ever since we moved to Kaysville because it is convenient. We have had several issues with dress shirts coming back covered in a fine white fuzz that is very difficult to get off even with a lint brush. It is especially bad any time we ask for starch. We would go back and ask them to redo them, and they would always do it for free, but it is the hassle, especially when you are getting dressed for work or a special event and discover you can't wear the shirt. They have pressed wrinkles into collars and pressed the front of shirts the wrong way to where the buttons make an imprint into the shirt. It wasn't until the last time it happened that the staff member revealed that perhaps in the future we should get the shirts dry cleaned...my jaw dropped and I asked her what she meant. She stated that if we don't tell them that we want dry cleaning that all they do is press the clothing items in-house and they don't send them out for dry cleaning. I was absolutely floored. I couldn't believe that the items that we have been dropping off regularly for almost 2 years had never once been dry cleaned when we were dropping them off to a DRY CLEANER!! I was told that we would actually have to tell them dry cleaning when we drop them off - which I don't understand how the cost is the same if they are only pressing versus dry cleaning - so crazy to me. I feel like we have been getting ripped off for 2 years. So, if you think your items have been getting dry cleaned you might want to actually ask them about it. We are in the process of trying to find another dry cleaner where we won't need to worry about this. We just dropped off another batch of dress shirts again recently and they all came full of white fuzz each one worse than the one before. They seriously need to look at cleaning their equipment. We'll be taking our business elsewhere.

The biggest washing machine took all my soap and quarters and did not end up working because the coin holder was full. No refund on my soap. Then I didnt have enough soap to redo another load. Bad customer service/owners. Then a tall van was blocking the exit on the road. Paint that curb red! Or put a big sign that says no parking there. Come on owners!

Great service. Clean machines and I love the covered parking and pick up window. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.
