Prompt, thorough and polite. Were willing to risk losing the sale to avoid damaging what looked like leather trim on my skirt turned out not to be real leather, so the job wound up not needing to be outsourced and had my skirt ready by the next day. Prices are a bit steep, but the work they do and their customer service they provide make it worth every penny.

I wish the store was locally owned. It seems like when you have a local owner that takes great pride in the work that they do the employees also radiate that same level of pride and service. The only person that seems to be friendly here is the Asian seamstress. I have had a few problems here when I brought black clothing it seems like it is come back faded and not really as black as it was more of a double black than the original black that it was delivered with. The prices are higher than what you'll find in some other places in town but it is convenient. I wish the employees would be a little more friendly and take their job seriously and understand that the patrons are paying their wages.

Red Hanger does an excellent job. They are timely, friendly, perform quality work so took care of me in a very professional way! Just wish their prices weren't so high and they would provide personal sales perks!!
