The next time we took a pricey quilt in to be DRY cleaned. She washed it, came out with lumps all over, charged us 8.00 for each sham.,plus the quilt which is ruined. Certainly not like the old owner's service. We will never go back.Too bad, as this was an exceptional dry cleaner for years. |
