It is not supposed to be dryed in a dryer. It has specific directions on the tag. They used that method anyways. I now have a feeling my sleeping bag will not keep me warm when I'm camping in Montana this November. Very very rude customer service. Not very professional at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone for anything. I wonder if they will buy me a new sleeping bag if I freeze my ass off when it's -15. I really thought taking my expensive thing to a professional would be the right thing to do. |
