Very professional from start to finish, including a "just the facts," no pressure estimate, competitive pricing, timely on-schedule installation of the new heat pump/air handler system, and help with the permitting process. Everything done as promised. A minor miscommunication in the initial bid was promptly fixed to my complete satisfaction. I love the extended labor warranty when you use them for annual maintenance. These folks value your business and act accordingly.

Great service. Techs were very knowledgeable about HVAC and electrical. It was a pleasure working with them. I had a large crew work two days installing an air handler heater, heat pump, thermostat and a new power panel and duct cleaning. I couldn't believe how much was done. Very professional and friendly. They didn't even leave behind any screws. Then today they came back for the third day to commission it. Very impressed with the business and people.

I had another company come out to service my furnace on Friday morning and they found a cracked heat exchanger and by law shut my furnace off. This was a very cold day in February and was to get colderThe tech told me he would email the photos to his sales person and they would get back to me to discuss a new furnace and options. I called and talked with my son who had a new furnace put in the year before and since he did all the research I took his recommendation and called Mercurio's. Brandon was out to meet me within 2 hours! 11 am We talked products, he emailed me the quotes and contracts and I told him I would let him know my decision as soon as I heard from the first company that came out for the servicing. They were taking off the service fee if I bought through them But by 3pm the only contact was the sales guy was in a meeting and would email me quotes by Saturday. My son told me to call and complain, since I would have no heat for the weekend and longer if I had to wait for them. The other company finally called and without even coming out only going by the techs word quoted me prices for what I would need done. The quotes were comparable but Mercurio's estimate was much more in depth. They told you what they were going to do, getting permits etc. When I called Brandon to let him know they were going to be installing my new furnace, he said he would have a crew out by Tuesday. He then called me back on Saturday, he had gone into the office on his day off and rearranged the schedule so they would be out on Monday!! The installers arrived before their appointment time and had it done quickly and efficiently. They showed me how to work the new thermostat and chang the filter. I am over the top happy with Mercurio's service!!!
