| Kim Kangas | I had never used this dry cleaner before. I had drapes dry cleaned here for a ridiculously high amount. The lining is now 2 inches longer than the drapes. When I called to find out what they would do about it, I was told "Nothing" because they're not responsible for shrinking, shredding, tearing, fading, etc that can occur during cry cleaning. I would never use this cleaner again!! I've had these drapes cleaned a couple of times before by another cleaner and this never happened. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! |
