But I saw they were open till 2am so I figured I would give it a shot. The first comment out of the lady who answered the phone was "your calling about this now?". Immediately caught me off guard and gave me a negative vibe. I could see if it was 1:58AM but if you are going to cop an attitude with potential customers just because it's not convenient for you then best of luck to you. Rate 50/hr each cleaning would of been minimum 2 hours once a month for the year..business lost 1,200. Customer service = service the customer |
