| Ashley Whitted | Amazing experience! Talk about customer service! I mixed up the place where my suit was for a big event I was going to Saturday night. I looked the place up and it closed at 5 so I arrived at 4pm on Saturday to pick up the suit that was altered and clean. After about 10 minutes of looking for the suit I realized o was at the wrong place the whole time. I panicked when I realized i was supposed to be at Dutch maid cleaners and it closed at noon! I was able to get a hold of the amazing owner of Dutch maid cleaners and started telling her how embarrassed I was but how important it was to get this suit our event started in 2 hours. Without even a little bit of hesitation the owner completely understood and told me to meet her there in 10 min and she would get it for me. Now I have no idea what I'm the world I would have done because we are in the middle of moving and had NO replacement for him to wear! I am still shocked and so great full for the amazing customer service the owner herself offered me. As if she didn't have anything better to do on a Saturday night than accommodate the mistake I had made! Not only did she go above and beyond to help me but he was absolutely thrilled with the way the suit turned out! Which he is extremely picky! I just want everyone to know this place does incredible work and the owner deserves all the business in the area! You can tell she is a genuine and caring person who knows how to treat her customers! Thank you again so much for your extremely rare and incredible service! So grateful! We ended up having an amazing night! |
