Great and friendly service. The service tech Jake called about half hour before arriving and did so promptly. Clean cut and professional appearance. Walked through the service areas and he went to work quickly. Our house was a new purchase so had no furniture to worry about and it was completed within 90 minutes. Awesome work Jake.

Had our air ducts and carpets cleaned. They were here on time did a nice job. Cleaned up after they were done. Would have them back again.

We had a water leak in a pipe that ran through a ceiling of a lower level bedroom severely damaging the ceiling, destroying a sleep number bed and saturating part of the carpet. Our insurance company recommended Steamatic. They came out the same day and began the restoration work.They did an initial assessment of everything that needed to be done and told us what the plan of action would be. They removed everything from the bedroom and began the drying process. Once everything was dried out the next crew came in and took care of care of sheet rocking and repainting the ceiling. The whole process took about two weeks. They kept us up-to-date on all of the progress, showed up every time they said they would and called several times to make sure that things were going well and that we were pleased with the work. They also took care of getting all the information needed to our insurance company. This is our first experience with this company and we have nothing but good things to say. The room looks brand new and we felt things were done thoroughly and in a very timely manner. Thank you to Jesse and Dave and Kevin and Levi and Mark and anyone else I forgot. We appreciate the job well done and would recommend your company to anyone.
