House Cleaning Services by LeafFilter Gutter Protection in Hartland, Wisconsin

We are not happy with the customer service or the product. We had our new gutters with leaf filter installed July 18th 2019 they look great, it wasn't cheap. They arrived around 1pm and they haven't finished yet but left around 7:45pm told me they would be back Saturday to finish the job and never returned. I wanted hinges on the kick outs so could lift them when I mow the lawn otherwise I can't move them at all they are screwed in place so I have to mow around them and then weed whack around them but haven't because I don't want to ruin them. We have had a few storms since then and I have been able to see how they work. I have water dripping in between the new gutters and the house, I was to the understanding that wouldn't happen. I have been in contact with the sales guy Keith who told me to call the office. Called the office left my number and my complaint and waited for a call back no call back. Called a second time spoke with someone who was very sorry for the inconvenience and would called back to schedule a time..still nothing. Today was my third call the person was very rude said I would have to wait until the end of the month to have my gutters finished. Nice.

Let me qualify... I am reviewing the Leaf-Filter Gutter Protection Company and not this specific franchise owner. I've been interested in adding some sort of leaf protection to our rain gutters. After seeing an Ad on TV I thought I'd give Leaf-Filter Gutter Protection a call. On Saturday the sales person showed up. He told me that the cost for a house our size would be 6000 to 8000 dollars. I told him that at that price we need not go any further. He said he'd still like to take some measurements and write up a quote. I agreed. He came back with a price of 6500. I told him that there is no way I can justify spending that much when I know the cost of material is minimal. He then asked if I had a price in mind. I said no, that I would have to get some more bids. He than said he could do it for 4500. Once again I said no. I could tell he was getting irritated. He than said how about if we do the upper half of the house. I told him again no, and that I would be getting some more bids. Then he says, how about 2400? How does the cost go from 6500 to 2400? He then turned around and rudely said, sure go get other bids. I would not trust this company as they definitely are looking to take advantage of people. Unprofessional sales tactics. Stay away from this company!!!
