I get my small house cleaned once a month for about 100. It's completely and totally worth it: some of the best money I spend. They do a beautiful job every time, from the mopping and vacuuming to even organizing stuff I've left sitting on the kitchen table. It's wonderful.

I had a 8am appointment today which was scheduled through Linda. I explained that I was taking time off work to be here at 8am to meet the cleaning person. It's 8:25am and I received no phone call and the cleaning person never showed up. I called Linda and she did not offer anything to make this right. She just said that she has no control over the cleaning people and that "we can just reschedule." Linda was not apologetic. This is not how you treat customers.

Green Ladies has been a great service for us. My 90 year old mother lives with us, and her Alzheimer's -- plus a friendly but protective dog -- can make it hard to clean the house without seriously disturbing her. A single cleaner, as opposed to a team of cleaners, is really the way to go for us. The Green Ladies cleaners have been kind and considerate to my mother, good at making friends with her dog, and flexible in how they go about cleaning depending on where Mom is in the house and what she's doing. An absolute win.
