| Anna Tolle | The service is fast and the location is convenient but they ruined a brand new white blouse that I had only worn once for a job interview, and returned it with stains on it. Tried to blame it on the clothing brand, then on "the new girl" that had checked it in. They simply left a note on the garment, which I discovered days after picking up the item. They did not disclose the issue at checkout and charged full price for the item, which I will not wear again. They offered a refund 4 after I made a complaint but unfortunately that does not make up for the loss of the expensive new garment. Other Klinke cleaners have given me advice against cleaning certain items due to risk of ruining the garment, but I was not advised that the color on this garment might bleed. |
