Over the past 2 years, my dress shirts have been coming back without collar stays most of the time. I continued to ask about it, and was told time and time again they would make sure the shirts were done correctly. I asked to speak with manager/owner so I could discuss it. The staff just laughed and said not likely. I want to do business with companies that value the customer relationship. Unfortunately I don't feel this company does. It is no wonder they keep closing stores while competitors are coming into the market. |
