There was no evaluation of the garment, no questions were asked to see if further assistance could be given, and no sympathy. "Now wait a minute," you might say, "we have no idea how bad her clothing was. It could have been a wreck and all the King's horses and all the King's men couldn't put this mess back together again!" I assure you though, that the item in question was a black blazer that had been drooled on and had gotten wrinkled. Correct me if I'm wrong, but this doesn't seem like a hard or time consuming task to fix. Still, I was turned away and made to feel like I was the idiot for having waited so long and foolishly expecting the company TO ACTUALLY LIVE UP TO IT'S OWN. GODDAMN. NAME!!!!! Disgusting. |
