House Cleaning Services by MOLLY MAID of Lake Country in Pewaukee, Wisconsin

Last Friday 3/1 I had a move out clean done of my house. I was told on Monday that my house was in bad condition according to the girls and that it took extensive cleaning. While I did admit that the master bedroom bathroom shower area needed elbow grease, I told Larry that the rest of the house was in a clean condition as it was always in a "showing" state for buyers. I was also told that the hallway bath needed good scrub down. I told Larry that the hallway bath was a complete flip and had not even been getting used. I then sent Larry pictures of my home and was told that due to not seeing the "exact" condition my home was in he could only offer me 25 off. I also told him to call my realtor to vouch for the condition of my home and he did not. Drawers, cabinets and closets were not wiped out either. Completely unsatisfied and have warned my realtor and advised her to let the Lake Country area know to never use the Pewaukee branch.

I'm extremely happy with my cleaning crew Jessica, Ashley and/or Amber from Molly Maid of Lake Country. Jessica has cleaned my house through 3 different owners of the business and the service has remained consistently good. Communication with the office is good and they have always been able to accommodate schedule changes on my end when I've asked.

Molly Maid is very professional and responsive. I have used a number of cleaning companies in the past both locally and in different cities, and am very satisfied with the cleanliness of my house. Just as importantly, Larry, the owner is very professional and easy to work with. Even when I had a concern, he took the time to listen/understand and provided a solution.
