House Cleaning Services by Service Master Clean By Keith in Sturtevant, Wisconsin

My first meeting with the owner left me excited about the cleaning project that I needed help with. He outlined what would be done and when. I was impressed. Unfortunately that didn't happen, creating quite an inconvenience and frustration. The cleaning team did not show up on the day they were expected or the next day, nor did they call with an explanation. Communication was a definite problem and my several attempts to get a call back from the owner were ignored. Apparently some misinformation was directed to the manager. In my final call to try and discuss promises not kept by the owner, the manager was condescending and blatantly accusatory. Customer service was completely lacking. Even though the work completed was satisfactory, I would not recommend this company due to the overall way they handled things. Trust is an important in a business dealing and I definitely find it lacking in regard to this Servicemaster.

I initially gave this company a good review when an office out of state called and they posted. However, I then received the bill. We used this company on the day of surgery, so my brother-in-law was at our home. The company used about 3 times as many fans and a dehumidifier than what the situation called for. Our bill, which we received weeks later, was 1350. We never would have agreed to this overkill if we would have been home. We could only get the bill down to 755. The corporate office was very rude and not willing to work on the promised price of verbal 400-600. We will never use this company, or any Servicemaster, again. We will never recommend this company to our clients and will warn others about it.
