Corey Winn | I second a prior review and wish that I could give this company zero stars. I scheduled a free estimate and gave specific directions on how to get to my house because, unfortunately, my address and another address in the same town are very similar. The directions were not followed and the address was put into GPS and the gentleman coming to give me an estimate got lost, and because of this, was late to the appointment. With that said, he apologized for the mix up and gave me an estimate well below others who came to give me a quote, so I decided to use this company. I called yesterday morning to set up the appointment and was told that their computers were just booting up and it would be best if she could call me back in 30 minutes. She called back 1.5 hours later. I missed the call so I had to call her back and left a message that I would like to get this move out cleaning scheduled for Monday, July 1. I never heard back from them so I called again this morning. Upon answering the phone I was told that the reason I hadn't been called back yet is that they didn't have a time to give me at that time. The lady with whom I spoke said that the scheduler would call me back because they are working on this week's and next week's schedule. When they finally called back I was asked for information about when I needed the cleaning done and who would be there since we are moving out and I gave it to her yet again. She told me that she would call me back in 15 minutes, 45 minutes later the manager/owner called and told me that she did not feel that she could take this job at this time and gave me the reason that she did not feel that they had time and she did not feel that the original quote that was given to me was the correct price, that it was too low. I wish they had been honest with me up front and told me that they could not take a job that quickly. They also should not have people out in the field giving quotes to potential clients that are not able to be upheld. I would not recommend Royal Maids to anyone. |
Nichols Barbara | One star only because I had to do this to post. My last honest review has been taken down. She only answers back to the good reviews never addresses the bad ones. Bad employers. Very hostile, they treat their employees terrible. I expect this one to be taken down too. Just read the other reviews and decide for yourself. |
Kimberly Mueller | if I could give zero stars I would! It has taken awhile for me to address the issues we had with our service due to having a “Spring Cleaning” done prior to our 2 week vacation. First let me start with I was impressed and very excited after the initial meeting with Raymond the owner. He came, did a thorough walk through, spent time explaining what their process is and how they commence it. Very much worth the money, they are not cheap! Well let's just say as the owner he needs to do more follow through! The only thing that was done the way he promised was the timing! They missed one whole bedroom, come to find out out dirt was “pushed” under big furniture couch and beds I had to go back and vacuum HUGE dust bunnies from under my furniture. They didn't sweep or vacuum any of my hardwood floors, used basically a large swiffer, and cleaned my floors with water... NO CLEANER JUST WATER, if you didn't know what to use ASK!!! I didn't take the time to walk through and inspect everything as they were leaving, my mistake, I did however see enough to know I wasn't impressed. The two ladies that cleaned were not even off my front porch when they were loudly commenting on me not tipping them. CORRECT! I have been in the service industry for over 25 years... a tip is a gratuity for a job well done, you ladies didn't even do what you were supposed to! Please if you go with this company take the time to thoroughly do a walk through before you sign off on a completed job!! Or better yet... find someone else! |
