Trent Pauls | I used this dry cleaner for about a year, dropping off shirts and suits every other month. The last time I used and will ever use them my most expensive suit jacket and pants were treated poorly and ruined. They also ruined a sport shirt in this same batch. The response to my complaint was inadequate, as they offered to just “try again”. Yeah, right. They are cheap and don't often get your white shirt collars completely scrubbed. Go here for your cheap shirts you don't care about, take your nice clothes elsewhere or risk them being ruined. |
Annette Derrick | I've been doing business with American Cleaners since they opened up next to the HEB in Bee Cave, but never again. They "lost" a very expensive pair of jeans 215 and after repeatedly contacting them and not receiving a response, I was finally offered a full refund from Kevin, the general manager only then to learn from the owner, Ashok, that he didn't believe I'd been offered that and said 55 was as much as they would pay. After deciding to not accept this amount and filing a suit in small claims court, the jeans were "found" and I picked them up. Sadly, I am out the 126 filing fee and feeling disrespected and pushed around. Losing clothes and then only offering a percentage of the cleaning cost seems like they've got a license to steal. I will not continue doing business with them. |
