This company has cleaned my home twice with seasonal deep cleaning - the first two cleanings were absolutely awesome and my house looked and smelled like I had just moved in. However, recently when I scheduled my spring cleaning and had a set appointment, Maria and crew failed to show up or call explaning why they would not make the appointment. Several attempts later to contact them and give them an opportunity to explain, and no response. Absolute and total lack of customer service has cost them my business. If actually having a cleaning service show up when scheduled is important, I'd have to recommend skipping Keep Clean Service Company... |
