House Cleaning Services by Starved Rock Heating & Cooling in Ottawa, Illinois

Normally I do not take the time to review a company but this service is worth mentioning. I was referred to Kraig and Steve from a friend that had done previous business with this Heating and Air company. I have multiple rental properties and furnace services were needed on many occasions. Each and every time my calls were answered the first time I called! They got to my properties within an hour or 2 EVERY TIME. I am always called once the problem is diagnosed and each problem is EXPLAINED to me. I have also called after hours and received the same level of service. Very rare these days. Also, the invoice is detailed and easy to navigate to pay the bill. All around they are great to deal with and the work is quality with quality product. Haven't had a problem with any units they fixed. I've used many companies for this type of work. I will ONLY use them now.

One of the most important things to me when dealing with any company is communication. I want to know that they're going to call me back and answer my questions in a timely manner. Not only am I completely satisfied with the service Starved Rock Heating & Cooling provided me, I was also really impressed with the way they communicated. They answered my call and provided me with updates along the way when I asked for them. I don't think you're going to get a more professional business than this one. Highly recommended!
