They use hot water extraction utilizing a high alkaline prespray and a citric post spray. Forget the chemistry, it cleans and lasts. Recently it was determined that my parent's home had mold in the bathroom, hallway, and attic and that it had been there for a long time. Two different businesses recommended Tudor Services. Inc to us for this project. The owner, James, came over promptly to look at the situation and work was started the following week. I really appreciated this company's professionalism and consistent communication. They even carried all our personal belongings out of the attic through its pull-down stairs--a task we were not looking forward to.

I used Tudor to come and clean my tile, it didn't do much to the grout lines so I explained I wasn't satisfied and asked if they could color seal it. I was told the manager would order the product and get back to me. A week goes by and I have to call him and he says he's "working on it." I call back five days later and he said he's busy and call back on Monday. So apparently it's my job to do his job. I call back again and he says he ordered the product but won't put me on the schedule because he doesn't know when he will get it. Another week goes by and I call him and he says it should be in next week. Then he calls me and says it will be in, in a couple days and he can schedule me. He wants to come on a Thursday at 1pm and I said I can't. So he says he can come at 9am. Then the day before their supposed to come back he says ok I'll see u at 1? No I told u I couldn't do 1pm. Then after about 7weeks of waiting he decides to give me the price. 300, we already paid over 200 to have it cleaned. He said that is fair even though the first guy that was here told me it would be close to 75. They said it would be reasonable. So I said no Im not paying u another 300. Come to find out from other companies the floor has to be cleaned right before it is color sealed. So now I have to find someone to fix and finish their job. Don't use them! James is unprofessional and ripped us off.
