| Rita . | This was one of the worst experiences ever! The lady who came out to do the estimate was a snotty nightmare! Almost like a cartoon or someone doing a comedy routine of an arrogant jerk. After telling us what they would not do or what would cost extra they gave us a completely outrageous estimate! We could have afforded it but we decided we didn't want to be ripped off like that. We went with someone else who did a quick and inexpensive job and and got our deposit back from the landlord when we moved out. Now I am glad we went that way because I have heard some horror stories about them now about what a terrible job they do. I have to wonder how they stay in business. |
