Amy Romines | I am so happy with every person I've worked with at Reisch. I wasn't sure what they'd find in my air ducts or dryer vent. Well let's just say it was A LOT! Can't believe we were breathing that stuff! Thanks guys! |
Kenny Marcum | Extremely happy with the job Reisch Enterprises did cleaning our office carpet. They came on the weekend while our office was closed and were finished in a few hours. Carpet looks great and the stains are gone. Thank you. |
Melissa Zilinskas | Reisch was hired by the restoration company who cleaned up my house after flooding and sewage backup. Two very young people came to clean the air ducts, and I asked before they began if they had shoe covers: no. I asked if I should cover any furniture near the wall vents: no. Five hours later every single surface in my house was covered in black dust. At one point, my daughter and I were enveloped in a cloud of it. I later learned that a reputable i.e., certified company follows certain procedures to protect your home. The most important precaution is that vents should be covered and sealed while working to prevent the dust from blowing out of them all over the place. It was a lot of work cleaning up this black dust from every item in my home. Needless to say, I am unable to do anything about the furniture/upholstery. We also had to hire someone to run air quality checks afterward, to make sure no mold spores had been blown into the house during this event. Very unprofessional. |
