House Cleaning Services by Momma Bee’s Cleaning Service in Midland, Michigan

I was very disappointed in the job the owner did on my house. Several things were not cleaned i.e. kitchen fan, stove hood, one complete set of cupboards drawers not touched when the others were clean. The sink in bathroom was swiped in the front but the back had dirt and hair all over it and the faucet, backboard and mirror was splattered with toothpaste, cobwebs still on ceiling and rest of bathroom did not look or smell clean. The dusting was done with a swiffer duster and spots were missed. I am disabled and hired her to deep clean and sanitize my ground floor. She did not bring a vacuum after she told me she brings her own supplies. I am unable to do a deep clean/sanitize that's why I hired her because I had been sick recently and wanted it nice and clean. She called next morning to check and I told her there were things not cleaned..she told me to write them down and she would come back and do them. At that point I was so flabbergasted and disappointed in the job done I did not want her back in my house. I didn't call back. I texted her and told her that I could not recommend her to anyone. She texted back and said I was wrong about everything and did I have pictures and that she was going to put on cleaning services board that I am considered "BEWARE" which she said meant that I was a difficult client!! I gave 1 star just so I could post a review otherwise it would be 0.

This company is amazing.. very energetic, come and make your life easier. They our not judgemental and our very considerate to my belongings.

I was looking for a house cleaner today and came across this place again. It reminded me of my horrible experience. They no-showed for my Cleaning Quote Appt. I contacted the owner and she said the other person was suppose to come, in her place. I explained that she didn't and she said she was busy at E.R. with her child and there was nothing she could do. I said that I wished someone would have called me. She said her sick child took priority over my appointment. She was very rude and had attitude with her responses. I was not impressed and will never do business with people, that treat their customers like this.
