House Cleaning Services by Shine of Midland in Midland, Michigan

Before we set up Shine we first called Royal Reflections out of Midland. Royal Reflections were late to our first appointment so we rescheduled. They did not show up for our second appointment! Lucky for us because we were so happy with the quality and professionalism of Shine!! Shine personally came out to quote our job whereas Royal Reflections gave us a quote over the phone site unseen. Tom and Mike arrived right on time and did an excellent job for us! We had them wash all of our windows inside and out, power wash our pergola and front entry and they did quality work! They even went out of their way to move our patio furniture for us to power wash the pergola. We have used other companies in the past and had to have them return multiple times because we later found streaks on our windows. So far we see nothing but this beautiful view!! We would highly recommend Shine and plan to have them come back annually! Thanks guys!!

The 2 young men who did the job showed up on time, explained what they planned to do, and cleaned up after the job was complete. They made sure we were satisfied with their work before leaving. It appears to me that Shine is committed to first class customer service. I will use them again and recommend their services to anyone who wants the job done right.
