House Cleaning Services by Taylor Maid Inc in Dallas, Texas

I bought a groupon and made an appointment. They cancelled the appointment the day of and I went ahead and rescheduled. The lady showed up for the second appointment but left after an hour. It was supposed to be a 6 hour deep clean. The company is not reliable and for the cleaning the lady did do in an hour was the worst I have ever seen. Such a hassle and not worth it! I got refunded back from Groupon, thank goodness because the company won't do anything but ask if you want to reschedule. No thanks!

I bought a Groupon that said "Valid only within 20 miles of zip code 75219" and I live within less than 20 miles. They refused to honor their own fine print so now I have to go through the hassle of trying to get my Groupon refunded after it was opened to give them the voucher number. Normally I don't leave reviews, but they had such glowing reviews everywhere else so I made the mistake of trying to use them.

This company probably does do great work however their logistics are TERRIBLE! I scheduled my first cleaning on a day when the cleaner just simply did not show up, emailed the company they apologized saying where is live is over an hour away from the cleanerlike that's my issue but okay..whatever and re-scheduled. The 1 star review comes from the re-schedule so the cleaner calls me at 10:28 my appointment is at 10:30 saying she went to the wrong house but I live in an apartment, and made that clear and even verified in a string of emails with this company which I still have copies of. Then the cleaner proceeds to tell me not to get upset because she will have to cut the cleaning short because she has a job right after mine, are you freaking kidding me, it's my fault you didn't know where you were going, my fault you were late I am appalled and in disbelief on how this company operates. The cleaner was extremely rude, nasty, and seemed agitated because she didn't know where she was going, had I known I needed to give step by step directions on how to put an address in GPS I would have. I just want to note this is not about how they clean this is how horrible the communication is.
