Only 4 stars though because even though everything will probably be awesome once it's dry, everything seems pretty wet right now which I was not expecting and, on my bare feet, it feels like there is a little soap left over in my carpets. I was led to believe that ZEROREZ didn't use soap. As long as nothing dries crunchy or sticky I'm happy with the service. |

The thing that keeps me going back to them is that in addition to getting the carpet really clean their process doesn't leave any soap residue. That means the carpet stays cleaner longer. We've also used them to clean upholstery and tile floors. |
